Shrimp Parmigiana x2

Update: Took a second stab at shrimp parm and loved how this plating decision turned out compared to the original.

I was recently asked what my favorite restaurant dish of all time is. I thought about it for a while and finally decided that it had to be the shrimp parmigiana at Carmines in New York City. It’s stayed exactly the same for my whole life and never falls short of expectations. I could eat a whole family style plate myself if someone would let me! I didn’t follow a particular recipe, but Carmines has published their chicken parm recipe which can easily be used as a template for this awesome dish. Try it out!
