Shrimp Tempura take 2

We’re back with another one of my “take 2” posts where I take a second stab at something I’ve posted before and see if I can do it just a little bit better. I posted my first attempt at shrimp tempura a few years ago in the infancy of Chef Blei. The color wasn’t quite right and I didn’t get that restaurant style texture. I tried again and I was very pleased! Try it out!
