Flatbread Pizza

I had wanted to make a flatbread pizza for a while and struggled to find a good recipe that wasn’t going to be too complicated. This version from Inspired Taste was perfect for a weeknight meal because it didn’t require any yeast and cooked really quickly in a skillet. From there, it was just a matter of adding some mozz, tomatoes, basil, and a balsamic glaze that was amazing. Try it out!
