Noodle Kugel

Ah, the great noodle kugel debate. Savory or sweet? I definitely grew up in a savory kugel household and didn’t really know that others ate kugel as they would a blintz or a casserole, which is to say for breakfast or dessert or as a sweet side dish. This recipe from Bon Appetit definitely ranges on the sweeter side of things, but has awesome texture and great taste. Try it out!
